Sungrow Europe is seeking an ESS Project Manager in Spain to lead battery storage projects across Southern Europe and contribute to a cleaner energy future.

You will own end-to-end delivery from PO to commissioning, coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, logistics, service, finance, and quality while managing budgets, schedules, and risks. Willingness to travel within Spain, France, Italy, and other European locations is required.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a comparable field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project-management experience in energy storage, renewables, electrical infrastructure, EPC, or related technical environments.
• Understanding ESS or BESS project delivery, including supply, logistics, commissioning, contractual requirements, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, schedules, risks, and project documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer-management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main contact for customers, EPC partners, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage contract obligations, payment milestones, technical documentation, and project reporting.
• Ensure projects meet agreed quality, safety, timeline, and customer-satisfaction standards.

Your profile

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a comparable field.
• You have at least three years of project-management experience in energy storage, renewables, electrical infrastructure, EPC, or related technical environments.
• You understand ESS or BESS project delivery, including supply, logistics, commissioning, contractual requirements, and stakeholder coordination.
• You are confident managing multiple priorities, budgets, schedules, risks, and project documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• You bring strong communication, negotiation, customer-management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• You have Spanish, French, Italian, and English at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Project-management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are a plus.
• You are willing to travel within Spain, France, Italy, and other European project locations as needed.
