Sungrow Spain busca un Delivery Project Manager para liderar la entrega de proyectos solares y de almacenamiento en España, asegurando cumplimiento de alcance, cronograma y presupuesto.

El/la candidato/a ideal debe tener al menos 5 años en gestión de proyectos, capacidad de coordinación entre equipos y clientes, y dominio de español e inglés (C1). Disponibilidad para viajar y gestionar documentación técnica clave es esencial.

Formación

• Título en Ingeniería eléctrica, industrial o campo relacionado.
• 5+ años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, diseño técnico o entrega en energía solar/almacenamiento.
• Historial de gestión de proyectos complejos con múltiples partes interesadas desde el inicio hasta la puesta en marcha.
• Gestión de contratos y cambios de alcance, cumpliendo con las obligaciones del cliente.
• Se exige español e inglés nivel C1; otros idiomas son una ventaja.

Responsabilidades

• Llevar la entrega de proyectos solares fotovoltaicos y de almacenamiento en España, dentro de alcance, plazos y presupuesto.
• Ser el punto principal de contacto para clientes a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
• Coordinar equipos internos (ventas, PM, servicio) y subcontratistas para una ejecución fluida.
• Supervisar documentación técnica y asegurar su exactitud y entrega a cada hito.
• Apoyar FAT y SAT y anticipar riesgos para mantener proyectos en curso y comunicar avances.

In This Role, You’ll Be The Backbone Of Our Project Execution — Making Sure Our Solar And Energy Storage Solutions Are Delivered On Time, On Budget, And Beyond Expectations. Curious What That Looks Like Day To Day? Let’s Dive Right In:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale and commercial solar PV and energy storage projects across Spain, ensuring full compliance with contractual scope, timelines, and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire project lifecycle — from purchase order to successful commissioning.
• Coordinate and align internal teams (sales, product management, service) as well as external subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee all project technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission at every project milestone.
• Support and accompany customers during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) as required.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, contributing to best practices across the Spanish project portfolio.

Your Profile

Now, To Truly Thrive In This Role And Grow With Us For The Long Run, Your Background Should Look Something Like This:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in project management, technical design, or project delivery within the solar PV, inverter, or renewable energy industry — EPC background is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from kick‑off through commissioning.
• Strong contract management skills, with the ability to navigate scope changes, delivery obligations, and customer expectations with confidence.
• Spanish C1 and English C1 are required; additional European languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel across Spain and occasionally internationally for site visits, FATs, and SATs.
• Knowledge of energy storage systems is a strong advantage.
