A green tech company is seeking an IT Intern to support internal IT operations and projects. This role involves managing IT assets, providing support at multiple levels, and creating user accounts. Ideal candidates should have experience with MS Office 365, IT Helpdesk software, and strong English communication skills. Formación

• Prior experience with MS Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with IT Helpdesk Software (Jira, Zendesk, Zoho Desk).
• Structured, efficient and independent working style.
• Good English communication skills in written as well as in oral.
• Ready to work in international dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level IT Support.
• Manage Company’s Assets (Laptops, Software licenses).
• Creation of User Accounts in diverse systems and their further update.
