Sungrow Europe in Madrid is seeking a Project Management Assistant Intern to support clients and projects.

You will perform tasks such as preparing invoices, scheduling activities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. This role is perfect for candidates with an engineering background looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• An engineering background (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
• Being in the last course of your Grade or Master, or being graduated from it, for no longer than 2-3 years.
• Ideally, you have worked in a similar role for 1 year.

Role

Being a Project Management Assistant Intern is an exciting role, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs; therefore, these are your most important tasks:

• Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, draft planning templates and scheduling of activities in projects, etc.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job site by working with purchasing department;
• Keeping track of and reporting on project progress including documentation status.
• Manage internal and external documents of the projects, including developing and updating the filing system of physical and digital records in customers or Sungrow tracking system with URL link.
• Support global and regional document owners generating protocol formulas for submissions of documentations within the projects.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) and editing of study documents prior to uploading to the document management system.
• Implementation of documentation and change control using the electronic documentation and change control system.
• Reviews and analyzes proposed changes to controlled documentation and raises any risks to PMO.
• Administer submittal process using Sungrow or customer systems and standards.

Your profile

Additional Requirements
