Ecuphar in Madrid is seeking a Logistics Associate for a temporary role to support our European operations. You will assist in transport coordination, shipment tracking, and documentation to ensure smooth product releases.

The role also covers supply planning support, SAP data handling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong English/Spanish skills and a proactive, learning mindset.

Logistics Associate (Temporary role– Spain)

Key Responsibilities

During your internship, you will support our team across a wide range of operational tasks, including:

Logistics & Transport Coordination

• Ordering trucks and scheduling daily transport requirements with approved logistics providers.
• Tracking product movement and verifying the status of shipments in the supply chain.
• Ensuring documentation and temperature date is available to support smooth product release.
• Provide documentation and liaise with custom agents in Spain for import /Export shipments
• Approve and/or allocate transport invoices
• Co‑ordinating intercompany transport movements across multiple European locations.
• Act as link between warehousing and supply chain
• Ensure relevant custom documents are shared with finance

Supply Planning Support

• Processing and monitoring IDOC messages in SAP to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
• Maintaining stock alignment between Warehouse management system & SAP.
• Assisting with supply planning activities, such running alerts, placing purchase orders and following up with manufacturers.

Operational Process Support

• Supporting continuous‑improvement activities in logistics and planning processes.

Education & Experience Requirements

• We are looking for motivated, curious individuals who want to build a career in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Recent graduate or in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field. Or previous early in career experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus, but not required).
• Interest in logistics, transport operations, or supply chain planning.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
