Rove Next, a premium line from Rove Concepts, is seeking a marketing lead to own email and lifecycle strategies. This remote, full-time independent contractor role overlaps with Pacific or Eastern time, supporting the rollout of AI-powered processes across the brand.

You will collaborate with designers, lifecycle and email teams, and external ads partners to ensure calendar momentum, quality control, and clear business outcomes.

Formación

• Five or more years in ecommerce or DTC marketing with real ownership of email and lifecycle (Klaviyo or comparable ESP).
• AI-driven: proven ability to build solutions yourself, not just escalate.
• Fluent, native-level English, written and spoken; write copy for customers in our brand voice.
• Strong eye for asset quality, destination alignment, and offer math.
• Able to confidently raise issues and provide constructive feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Own email and lifecycle as our primary channel; manage campaign calendar, flows, segmentation, deliverability, and list health.
• Ensure quality control on all creative, copy, links, offers, and regional versions; catch errors before they ship.
• Build AI into daily workflows; ship improvements, not proposals.
• Collaborate with lifecycle and email team, designers, and external ads partner to keep the calendar moving.
• Translate results into plain business language: spend, revenue, and what to optimize next.
