Totalum is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Automation to own and scale our customer acquisition engine. You will drive paid campaigns, build outbound prospecting, manage social content, and supervise AI-powered marketing workflows to improve CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline.

3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and experience with Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
Proven experience with B2B cold outreach, lead generation, and email sequencing.

Responsabilidades

Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels, including targeting, structure, creative testing, copy, landing pages, budgets, and optimization.
Build scalable outbound campaigns via cold email and LinkedIn; define ICPs, messaging, sequences, and personalization.
Own publishing strategy across LinkedIn and X; maintain a high-quality content calendar and ensure accurate, on-brand content.
