Propel is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Automation to own and scale our customer acquisition engine. You will manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels while building scalable outbound programs and leading social content efforts.

You will supervise AI-driven workflows, improving prompts, guardrails, and automation outputs to boost CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and experience with Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven experience with B2B cold outreach, lead generation, and email sequencing.
• Experience creating and managing social media content, especially for LinkedIn and X.
• Strong copywriting skills across ads, landing pages, cold emails, and social content.
• Comfortable working with analytics, attribution, conversion tracking, CRM data, and marketing dashboards.
• Highly analytical and able to make decisions based on experiments and performance data.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with a high level of ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own Paid Acquisition Plan: launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build scalable outbound campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn, with ICPs and messaging strategies.
• Own Social Media & Content Distribution: maintain a content calendar and ensure high-quality publishing.
• Supervise AI-powered marketing workflows: review, adjust prompts, guardrails, and automation decisions.
