ChainGPT is hiring a Marketing Lead to work directly with the CMO in a fully remote role. You’ll own go-to-market planning, growth campaigns and short-form content for AI products across B2B and B2C, blending infrastructure and consumer marketing with a global reach.

You’ll leverage deep knowledge of Web3/Web2 culture, automate workflows with AI, and craftlaunch strategies that stand out in a noisy tech and crypto landscape. Join a global team shaping the future of blockchain AI marketing.

Formación

• Broad go-to-market, growth, content, social, SEO and PR expertise.
• Creative with ability to execute campaigns without prompts.
• Fluent in Web3 and Web2 culture, crypto-native and mainstream audiences.
• Deep platform knowledge across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of launch videos, UGC and short-form content trends.
• AI-native approach with daily use of AI tools and automations.
• Solid GTM motions knowledge, including developer-led and self-serve funnels.
• Experience scaling consumer AI products for B2B and B2C.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the CMO day-to-day across marketing activities end-to-end.
• Plan and ship social content across platforms, matching channel culture.
• Drive go-to-market execution for AIVM and consumer AI products.
• Develop creative marketing strategies and campaign concepts.
• Design and run growth campaigns from experiment design to iteration.
• Track trends and surface relevant moments for content opportunities.
• Produce and direct short-form content for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Manage top-of-funnel to activation, retention and referral for products.
• Set up AI automations to improve marketing workflows.
• Support SEO, PR and growth hacking initiatives.
