Job summary

Royal Queen Seeds is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Specialist to optimize customer journeys and CRM campaigns. You will manage segmentation, automation, and AI-assisted support while collaborating with the Marketing team.

You will drive lifecycle campaigns across channels, ensure GDPR compliance, and monitor KPIs to improve engagement and retention. This role is based near Barcelona with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and related marketing automation.
• Able to manage customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong communication and data privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM lifecycle strategies across the full customer lifecycle.
• Analyze customer journeys to reduce friction and improve retention.
• Create segments and personalized communications across channels.
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns including onboarding and retention.
• Build automated CRM workflows to improve efficiency.
• Maintain data quality and segmentation across CRM platforms.
• Monitor KPIs and report on engagement, retention, churn, CSAT.
• Test and optimize campaigns and workflows.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data privacy.
• Provide first-line customer support and escalate as needed.
• Support AI-assisted customer service improvements.
