Job summary

ZEAL Network SE is seeking a Senior Technical CRM Specialist to join our Marketing Department in a hybrid role in Spain. You will define and execute the CRM strategy, plan campaigns across Email, SMS, Web Push and App Notifications, and manage data-driven optimizations to maximize engagement and conversions.

You will design automated campaigns with SQL-based segmentation, build HTML emails, and monitor performance, contributing to promotional campaigns with cross-channel communication.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• 5+ years’ experience in managing CRM online.
• Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Experience handling large databases and CRM campaigns.
• Proficient in Excel and internal tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Nice to have: Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CRM strategy and campaigns across Email, SMS, Web Push and App Notifications.
• Design, implement and optimize automated email campaigns using SQL-based segmentation.
• Create, layout and optimize newsletters with HTML/CSS for responsive emails.
• Develop and maintain automated database processes and data loading workflows.
• Monitor, report and optimize CRM campaign performance and test hypotheses.
• Contribute to promotional offers and campaigns through CRM channels.
