Job summary

STRAT is seeking an Email Automation Specialist to join our remote team and lead retention strategies for ambitious ecommerce brands. You will design and optimize advanced email and SMS lifecycle flows using Klaviyo and Omnisend, manage segmentation and data-driven personalization, and run A/B tests to boost open rates and automated revenue.

A strong background in ecommerce retention metrics and excellent copywriting, paired with sharp analytics, will help you drive CLV and reduce churn.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Klaviyo or Omnisend for ecommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce retention metrics (LTV, Churn, Repurchase Rate).
• Excellent copywriting skills and a highly analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize advanced email and SMS lifecycle flows using Klaviyo and Omnisend.
• Manage customer segmentation and data-driven personalization.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative, and send times to improve open rates, CTR, and automated revenue.
• Monitor and report on key retention metrics and KPIs.
