Job summary

Fundació Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron Institut de Recerca (VHIR) in Barcelona offers a part-time internship in the Learning and Development Unit to support training administration and communications for the annual training catalogue. You will assist with registrations and inquiries, and contribute to onboarding activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related field, or enrollment in a relevant Master’s

Qualifications

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related field, or enrolled in a relevant Master’s programme.
• Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the management of VHIR training activities.
• Assist in the preparation and dissemination of communications related to the training offer (monthly newsletter, reminders, etc.).
• Support the management of registrations and respond to participants’ enquiries.
• Assist in the collection, review and filing of documentation required for the management of FUNDAE training grants.
• Collaborate in the organisation and logistical coordination of both face-to-face and virtual training activities.
