Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, mainly in Talent Acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating teams and managing recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and HR best practices in research.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Talent Acquisition team and oversee recruitment processes.
• Contribute to employer branding and align recruitment with HR policies.
• Monitor KPIs and improve recruitment performance.
