Job summary

The Josep Carreras Leukaemia Research Institute (IJC) is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join the HR unit at its Badalona campus. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting the HR team in recruitment, training coordination, and other HR activities.

This full-time internship runs from 01/12/2026 to 30/11/2027 with a flexible schedule, in an international and highly collaborative environment. English and Spanish skills are required; Catalan is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master, university, or postgraduate studies in Business Administration (ADE), Psychology, or related fields.
• Internship agreement with your university/school is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous HR experience is a plus.
• Strong motivation, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English and Spanish (written and spoken) required; Catalan helpful.
