Le Collectionist is hiring in Ibiza through Hosco to lead the Concierge team, ensuring exceptional client experiences from pre-arrival to stays. You will supervise the team, manage VIP clients, and expand luxury partnerships while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires on-site presence, weekend coverage, and an ability to balance operational tasks with strategic concierge initiatives. Strong hospitality background and bilingual Spanish-English are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in management, hospitality or related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proven team management experience in hospitality or luxury sector.
• Good knowledge of the geographic area.
• Strong leadership, with ability to motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and supervise the Pre-arrival Concierge team and monitor their performance.
• Provide inspiring leadership, training and ongoing support to foster the professional development of the team.
• Establish clear and measurable objectives for each team member to deliver a client experience that meets expectations.
• Monitor and ensure timely responses to client enquiries and emails, maintaining proactive communication.
• Oversee the management of the company’s strategic and VIP clients, ensuring highly personalised service.
• Expand the catalogue of services by selecting partners that meet the company’s standards, and negotiate commissions.
• Assist teams in the comprehensive management of partnerships and services.
• Establish the department’s strategy for each destination and drive continuous improvement in service quality.
• Oversee the concierge booking process, invoices, and monthly financial closings.
