Le Collectionist is seeking a seasoned Concierge Manager to lead the on-site concierge team, ensure exceptional client experiences, and manage partnerships with service providers. You will train staff, set objectives, and maintain proactive communications with VIP clients and agents.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in management or hospitality, are bilingual in Spanish and English, and bring proven leadership in luxury hospitality.

• Good knowledge of the geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and supervise the Pre-arrival Concierge team and monitor their performance.
• Provide inspiring leadership, training and ongoing support to foster the professional development of the team.
• Establish clear and measurable objectives for each team member to deliver a client experience meeting expectations.
• Monitor and ensure timely responses to client enquiries and emails, maintaining proactive communication.
• Oversee client experience and quality of service, including handling complex issues for VIP clients.
• Expand the catalogue of services and negotiate partnerships and commissions.
• Develop the department’s strategy for each destination managed with the Regional Director.
• Oversee the concierge booking process, including financial follow-ups and monthly closings.
• Work on Saturdays and Sundays as part of a hotel-model schedule; occasional overtime.
