Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst in digital/data/AI transformation.
• Strong skills in process modeling, requirements management, and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Fluent English; able to operate in an international environment, Barcelona-based preferred.

Responsabilités

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Facilitate alignment sessions with key stakeholders to understand core business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and pinpoint transformation opportunities.
• Solution Design & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design process improvements and new digital/data-driven solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Management: Drive alignment with business units, IT, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Change Management & Adoption: Support strategies to ensure adoption of new digital tools and automated systems.
• Project Support, Delivery & UAT: Assist with scheduling, milestones, testing (UAT) and validation.
• Performance Monitoring & Executive Reporting: Define KPIs and prepare status reports and leadership presentations.

Seniority & Experience: Proven track record as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst driving transformation initiatives (specifically in Digital, Data, or AI domains). Technical & Process Tooling: Solid experience with process modeling, requirements management tools, and modern project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall). Language Proficiency: Full working proficiency / fluency in English (capable of operating effectively in an international environment). Core Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, business process mapping skills, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

As a Lead Transformation Business Analyst , you will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will identify key business needs, analyze complex operational processes, and support the design and implementation of strategic digital, data, and AI transformation initiatives to deliver measurable value and align solutions with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Facilitate alignment sessions with key stakeholders to understand core business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and pinpoint transformation opportunities.
• Solution Design & Documentation: Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical and business teams to design process improvements, system enhancements, and new digital/data-driven solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Management: Partner actively with business units, internal IT teams, and external vendors to drive alignment and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Change Management & Adoption: Support change management strategies and execution to ensure seamless organizational adoption of new digital tools, workflows, and automated systems.
• Project Support, Delivery & UAT: Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and planning. Coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional validation.
• Performance Monitoring & Executive Reporting: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and track project outcomes against business objectives. Prepare structured status reports and executive presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
