Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Madrid is seeking professionals with 3-6 years of experience to accelerate their consulting career within our Digital Core Transformation team. You will work on large-scale programs at the intersection of business processes and technology, with emphasis on Procurement and Finance transformation.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across international organizations, taking ownership of key activities from requirements to governance and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, ADE, Economics or Finance or related field.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in management consulting or transformation roles.
• Experience in Procurement and/or Finance transformation projects.
• Strong project management, planning, dependencies, risks and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• English level C1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities across business and technology transformation workstreams.

We are looking for talented professionals with 3-6 years of experience who want to accelerate their consulting career as part of our Digital Core Transformation team in Madrid.

You will have the opportunity to participate in large-scale business and digital transformation programs for leading local and international organizations, working at the intersection of business processes and technology, with a particular focus on areas such as Procurement, Finance and Contract Management.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders, taking ownership of key project activities and deliverables across business process transformation, requirements definition, solution assessment, business case, deployment and transformation governance.

What will you do?

• Lead and coordinate project activities and deliverables across different business and technology transformation workstreams.
• Analyze and redesign business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and translating business needs into structured requirements.
• Support transformation initiatives across Procurement or Finance.
• Structure complex business problems and translate analysis into clear recommendations and executive-level materials.
• Support the assessment and definition of digital solutions based on business requirements, processes and transformation objectives.
• Coordinate with business, functional and technology teams to ensure alignment across the transformation.
• Contribute to transformation roadmaps, deployment strategies and implementation readiness activities.
• Develop business cases, including benefits identification, cost analysis, scenario assessment and key business assumptions.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, issues and key decisions.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and working sessions with client stakeholders.
• Prepare executive presentations, status updates and decision-making materials for senior management.
• Coordinate junior consultants, ensuring quality and consistency across project deliverables.
• Support project managers in driving execution and ensuring alignment across stakeholders and workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology transformation or similar environments.
• Experience in Procurement and/or Finance transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience in process analysis, process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in complex transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, dependencies, risks, issues and governance.
• Ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Experience preparing and presenting executive-level materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in technology-enabled transformation programs is highly valued.
• Previous exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, contract management or Legal Tech is considered a strong asset.
• Experience with CLM solutions such as Sirion or Agiloft is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP-enabled transformation environments, including SAP, is valued but not mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• English level C1 or higher.
