Job summary

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project management, experience with complex transformations, and fluency in English and Spanish, with exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management.

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Experience in insurance, banking, consulting, or regulated sectors preferred.
• Experience in Digital Transformation projects and AI/automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, roadmap, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business and Technology.
• Manage senior stakeholders, governance and executive reporting.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving digital experiences and business processes, including AI and automation opportunities.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong experience managing complex transformation projects and cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in insurance, banking, consulting, or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience in Digital Transformation projects.
• Exposure to AI, automation or data-driven initiatives is highly valued.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
