Job summary
Loyal Guru in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a Presales / Sales Engineer to support account executives with technical demos and solutions. You will work with product to tailor demonstrations, understand customer tech, and design customized value propositions for complex SaaS offerings.
You’ll coordinate RFIs/RFPs/POCs, communicate new features across teams, and deliver customer-tailored presentations that clearly show product value. English and Spanish proficiency required, French a plus.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of pre-sales or sales engineering experience.
- Experience with SaaS software solutions and APIs.
- Excellent communication skills; can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- University degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Assist account executives with demos and technical support.
- Understand customer tech to design customized solutions.
- Develop presentations and demos to show product value.
- Coordinate RFIs, RFPs, and POCs with internal teams.
- Collaborate with product and customer success to communicate new features.
