Sabio Group is seeking a Presales Solutions Consultant in Madrid. You will work with customers to connect AI, automation and CX technologies with business outcomes, partnering with sales and technical teams to shape proposals.

The role requires a consultative mind-set, strong communication skills and a passion for learning Sabio solutions. English/Spanish proficiency is essential; on-site in Madrid with regional travel where needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT presales/solutions consulting.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and propose technical solutions to customer needs; lead discovery discussions.
• Analyse RFPs/tender docs; coordinate contributions to responses.
• Develop proposals showing Sabio AI, automation and CX value.
• Prepare presentations and demos; tailor to technical and business audiences.
• Ensure client-Sabio communication to validate feasibility and scope.
• Contribute to business cases with expected benefits and criteria.
• Evaluate competitors to highlight Sabio differentiation.
• Support corporate/marketing events with Sabio solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sabio CX solutions and AI offerings.
