UST in Madrid is seeking a Senior Presales / Solutions Specialist to bridge client needs and internal centers of excellence. You will lead solution design, drive compelling proposals, and work with global teams to win strategic opportunities.

The role requires strong executive communication, technical sales experience, and travel across Europe, the US, and India as needed. This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Sales Support, or similar roles in large organizations.
• Proven track record leading and contributing to proposals and RFP responses valued at €3M+.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Jira, and Confluence or similar tools.
• Knowledge of delivery models like Managed Services and Outcome-Based Services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate design of tailored end-to-end solutions addressing client business and technology challenges.
• Drive development of compelling proposals and RFP responses with cross-functional input.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery to identify opportunities and design value-added solutions.
• Act as trusted technical advisor during client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Build and maintain reusable proposal assets and case studies.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate AI-enabled capabilities into solutions.
