Verisure is seeking a senior Payments & Recovery leader to shape and execute the customer payments strategy across LatAm, driving initiatives to optimize cash collection, reduce defaults, and improve long-term profitability while balancing customer experience. You will partner with local markets to enhance payment success and minimize involuntary churn.

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Payments, Collections, or related roles.
• Strong data analytics and portfolio segmentation experience.
• Experience with payment performance KPIs and recovery analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Review and improve end-to-end payments and recovery strategy across the customer lifecycle.
• Design payment strategies to maximize collections and minimize failures.
• Define and implement delinquency prevention initiatives to reduce defaults.
• Lead AI-driven collections and automation initiatives across markets.
• Collaborate with Product, IT and Finance to enhance payment capabilities.
• Manage third-party collection agencies and ensure compliance.
