Verisure is seeking a highly analytical Strategy Consultant to join the LATAM Commercial Strategy & Performance team in Madrid. You will help define, execute and monitor sales strategy across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico, driving data- and AI-enabled transformation across the region.

Based in Madrid, you will work with regional and country leadership, lead strategic initiatives, and develop centralized data reporting ecosystems to improve commercial performance and standardize KPIs

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or related analytical/strategic role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working on international or multi-country projects.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute LATAM commercial growth strategies and budget processes.
• Lead transformation projects across LATAM countries with problem structuring and implementation.
• Analyze sales, pricing and performance data to derive insights and recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders and regional committees.
• Collaborate with local teams to standardize KPIs, reporting, tools and processes.
• Support pricing, incentives and salesforce effectiveness initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics for better decision-making.
• Travel to LATAM markets approximately every 3–4 months when required.
