Verisure España is seeking a highly analytical Strategy Consultant to join the LATAM Commercial Strategy & Performance team in Madrid. You will define, execute and monitor sales strategy across LATAM markets, driving data-enabled transformation and standardizing processes for regional growth.

You will partner with Sales, Performance, and leadership to deliver actionable insights, lead multi-country projects, and influence senior stakeholders with strong communication and project management

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute LATAM commercial growth strategies and budgets.
• Lead transformation projects across LATAM countries from problem structuring to implementation.
• Analyze sales, pricing, productivity data to identify insights and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders and committees.
• Support decision-making with cross-functional sales and commercial teams.
• Standardize KPIs, reporting, processes, and tools across LATAM.
