Verisure seeks a Head of Customer Intelligence in Madrid to lead analytics across the customer lifecycle for five LatAm countries. You will shape retention, engagement and revenue growth through data-driven decisions and advanced analytics.

You will build segmentation, predictive models and dashboards, ensuring data governance and KPI tracking. Collaboration with Data, IT and business teams will be essential to drive AI initiatives and automation in customer analytics.

Formación

• 7+ years in Customer Analytics or related roles with lifecycle focus.
• Degree in STEM or business related field required.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience with dashboards, KPIs and customer performance monitoring.
• Exposure to AI, ML and advanced analytics initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Customer Intelligence strategy across the full lifecycle.
• Develop analytics to support retention, loyalty and growth initiatives.
• Identify churn drivers and commercial opportunities through data analysis.
• Lead customer segmentation, predictive models and next-best-action capabilities.
• Generate actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Define and monitor customer KPIs, dashboards and health indicators.
• Collaborate with Data, IT and Business teams to improve data access and governance.
• Support AI-driven initiatives and automation in analytics processes.
• Translate complex outputs into business recommendations.
