Verisure seeks a senior Business Solutions leader to shape transformation across CVM, Operations and IT. You will bridge business teams with IT and external partners, driving automation, AI, and data-enabled decision-making to scale customer value and efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years in transformation-related roles, strong stakeholder leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a plus. Based in Madrid, you will influence cross-functional teams and measurable KPIs.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Solutions, Process Excellence, Consulting, Digital Transformation or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience leading business transformation and process optimization initiatives.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, RPA, workflow automation and digital platforms.
• Experience managing technology implementation projects with IT and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Ability to simplify complex business problems and translate into practical solutions.
• Experience in recurring revenue industries (telecom, SaaS, utilities, insurance or similar) valued.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Business Solutions roadmap aligned with CVM, Operations and IT priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and operational effectiveness via technology and automation.
• Act as primary interface between CVM and IT, Data, Digital and external partners.
• Gather, prioritize and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Coordinate evaluation and implementation of AI, automation, RPA and digital platforms.
• Lead adoption of AI-driven capabilities to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• Lead process redesign initiatives to simplify operations and reduce manual work.
• Promote automation of recurring processes, reporting and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to leverage customer data and advanced analytics within processes.
• Coordinate solution implementation, testing and business validation for successful deployment.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact of implemented solutions.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, tech capabilities and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across CVM processes and operating model.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CVM, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, Data and Digital teams.
