Verisure España in Madrid is seeking a highly analytical Strategy Consultant to support LATAM Commercial Strategy & Performance across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico. The role will contribute to defining, executing and monitoring sales strategy and drive AI-enabled transformation across the LATAM region.

The position offers exposure to regional and country-level stakeholders, with a focus on strategic problem-solving, data-driven analysis and project management.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as listed.
• Proven ability to translate data analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with international or multi-country environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute LATAM commercial growth strategies and budgets.
• Lead cross-country strategy and transformation projects from problem structuring to implementation.
• Analyze sales, pricing, productivity and performance data to identify insights.
• Prepare executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive KPI standardization and reporting across LATAM.
