Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of leading a team and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery and warehousing operations.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily station operations including inbound and outbound parcel processing, sorting, loading, and delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and develop drivers and staff, with performance reviews and scheduling.
• Monitor KPIs like delivery rates, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction; take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Optimize workflow and allocate resources to reduce costs.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage inventory of station supplies and equipment, ensuring maintenance.
• Collaborate with regional management to achieve network goals.
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports and analyses.
