Formación

• Proven experience providing L2 technical support in enterprise software environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with complex software applications and log analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Angular and Java technology stacks for incident analysis.
• Experience configuring applications and supporting integrations with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems and relational databases, with fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide second level technical support for clinical software applications, troubleshooting incidents and configuration issues.
• Analyze logs and coordinate with international affiliates, distributors and DevOps teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues with complete technical evidence while contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
