Jobtailor is seeking a Health Information Support professional to assist customers in Spain and Colombia. You will provide second level support, become the subject matter expert on HIS systems, and collaborate with customers to ensure successful implementation and usage of our solutions.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in customer support and technical implementation, with fluent Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND relevant job-related experience.
• Minimum 3 years proven track record in customer support and technical implementation.
• Excellent language skills in Spanish and English.
• System operations including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Software Development Lifecycle processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting Health Information products in Spain and Colombia.
• Provide second level support to internal and external customers.
• Be a subject matter expert on HIS systems.
• Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation and usage of our solutions.
• Liaising with development team on upgrades, maintenance, hotfixes.
• Offering ongoing support and training to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND relevant job-related experience
• Minimum 3 years proven track record in customer support and technical implementation
• Excellent language skills in Spanish and English. Having Portuguese would be beneficial but not compulsory.
• System operations, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
• Software Development Lifecycle processes
• Current, valid Driver’s License
• Excellent customer facing communication skills.
• Coding experience.
• Healthcare background.
