IT Company is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their EMEA IT Support team in Barcelona, focusing on the German market. This role requires providing high-quality remote IT support, managing hardware lifecycle, and collaborating with global teams.

Formación

• Proven experience in an IT Support / IT Service Desk role within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and standard workplace IT tools.
• German language (native or C-level) is mandatory; good English communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote IT support from Barcelona to internal colleagues across EMEA, focusing on German-speaking users.
• Handle incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, and internal IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

IT Support / IT Service Desk experience

Windows OS expertise

Microsoft 365 knowledge

Active Directory proficiency

ITSM / ticketing tools (ServiceNow)

Basic networking (TCP/IP)
