EngineersOfAI is seeking a Specialist in Know-Your-Customer (KYC) for our Madrid office. The role involves managing KYC processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing user experience. You will need hands-on experience in KYC, ideally with knowledge of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD).

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be proactive under pressure, and possess fluency in English. This position supports a customer-centric approach and calls for collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in KYC, ideally with exposure to EDD and ODD.
• Proven track record of managing and resolving KYC cases.

Responsabilidades

• Apply knowledge of regulatory requirements related to EDD and ODD.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Interpret and analyze financial statements and transactions.

Excellent hands-on experience in KYC Operations
