N26 is seeking a Team Lead KYC EDD/ODD to oversee our EDD and ODD teams across French and Italian markets. You will lead, develop people, optimize processes, and ensure top‑notch regulatory compliance while collaborating with KYC Leadership and other departments.

You will drive performance, implement data‑driven improvements, and manage KPIs/SLA across multiple geographies. A relocation package and a strong benefits program support the role in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in KYC, EDD/ODD, or Financial Crime Compliance.
• Leadership experience in a regulated financial environment across geographies/functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EDD and ODD Teams: manage and mentor specialists and drive performance.
• Oversee high‑risk case reviews, quality checks, and escalations for regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate across markets to align on strategy, priorities, and resource planning.
• Drive audit readiness and documentation to meet regulatory expectations.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure quality and timely case completion.
• Contribute to strategic projects to scale operations and improve customer experience.
• Foster ownership culture and accountability across teams.
• Forecasting and KPI/SLA management for resource planning.
