Qonto in Barcelona is hiring a Customer KYC/KYB specialist to own the KYB/KYC lifecycle for German business customers. You will perform periodic reviews, data remediation, and documentation in a compliance-driven environment.

Your role requires native German, 1-2 years in customer-facing roles, and a strong eye for detail. You will collaborate with the onboarding lifecycle team and use Notion AI and Aircall daily.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role with KPIs.
• Native-level German written communication required.
• Attention to detail in complex cases with regulatory implications.

• Willingness to identify patterns and improve tools/processes.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle reviews: periodic KYB/KYC re-reviews for German business customers.
• Contact customers via email, chat, and phone to collect updated docs.
• Identify process gaps and feed into tool/process improvements.
• Maintain internal knowledge resources with Notion AI.
• Handle cases with legal and regulatory implications precisely.
