Sofitel Barcelona Skipper in Barcelona, a 5-star hotel on the beach, offers an internship in the Kitchen department through Hosco. Learn daily service prep, mise-en-place, and proper equipment handling while working in a dynamic hotel setting.

You must be enrolled in a Hospitality or Business School in Spain, with full Spanish and English proficiency (French a plus); available for at least 6 months, 40 hours per week.

Formación

• Enrolled in Hospitality or Business School; internship eligibility in Spain.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Learn to prepare the daily service and the mise-en-place.
• Cleaning and maintenance of your work area and kitchenware.
• Learn to use work machines and personal protective equipment.
• Store prepared products properly with date identification for next service.
• Annotate necessary products for the next service.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Comply with the environmental policy.
