Costa Navarino is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will support and guide the kitchen, contribute to menu development, and ensure daily operations run smoothly with strong food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Professional Culinary Diploma is required.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience in high-end hotel/restaurant environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen activities ensuring food preparation meets quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, recipes, production methods and presentation standards.
• Guide the team to achieve departmental goals and smooth operations.
• Support team development through training and coaching.
• Respond to guest requests and dietary requirements professionally.
• Ensure compliance with Brand Standards, policies and Health & Safety requirements.
• Participate in training to stay updated on ingredients and culinary trends.
