Job summary

Costa Navarino in Greece is seeking an Assistant Bartender to join our beverage team. You will support daily operations in the Cocktail Production & Sustainability Lab, prepare syrups, garnishes and pre-batched cocktails, and help ensure quality and food safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; training in bartending, barista, culinary arts or food production is a plus.
• Previous experience in bar, beverage production, kitchen prep or similar environment preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails and beverages.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Apply food safety, HACCP, Health & Safety and sustainability standards.
• Follow production schedules and collaborate with bar teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

We are looking for an Assistant Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the daily operation of the Cocktail Production & Sustainability Lab by preparing cocktail ingredients, house-made products, fresh juices, garnishes and pre-batched cocktails. You will ensure quality, consistency, food safety and sustainability standards across all preparations.
