Responsabilidades

• Contact and follow up on leads generated by the Marketing team.
• Manage the full customer journey from first contact to program booking.
• Ensure smooth handover to the Customer Service team.

• Contact and follow up on leads generated by the Marketing team

• Manage the full customer journey—from first contact to program booking
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Service team
