You will nurture a portfolio of mid‑sized and enterprise clients, leveraging data to demonstrate ROI and time savings while collaborating with product and adoption teams to deliver continuous value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• Experience with B2B SaaS and managing corporate accounts.
• Analytical mindset with ability to build reports in Excel/Power BI.
• CRM proficiency with HubSpot, Vitali, and Salesforce.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive software adoption and maximize value for clients.
• Use data and reports to demonstrate ROI and time-savings.
• Monitor adoption metrics and proactively manage account health.
• Represent the voice of the customer to product and adoption teams.
