MIIN-COSMETICS S.L. is seeking a Junior Content Creator to lead Italian market social media strategy. You will craft, publish, and analyze content for TikTok and Instagram while coordinating with design and marketing teams to maintain brand voice and engagement.

The role requires native Italian language, strong English/Spanish basics, and a degree in marketing or related field. Hybrid work from Barcelona office and growth within an international beauty team are offered.

We are looking for a creative and social-first Junior Content Creator who lives and breathes social media, masters TikTok and Instagram, and wants to create content that makes MiiN shine in the Italian market.

Please note:

What will be your daily tasks?

• Create and analyze the social media strategy for the Italian market.
• Create, plan, and publish content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Record voice-overs and assist with video editing.
• Ensure that content is dynamic, engaging, and aligned with the brand identity.
• Manage the community on TikTok and Instagram.
• Execute and schedule the content calendar on both platforms.
• Participate in the recording and editing of organic content and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate daily with the design team.
• Identify trends on social media and in the beauty sector.
• Organize and moderate live streams, answering questions and interacting with the audience in real time.
• Manage UGC (briefing, PR, and operational coordination).

• Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and a solid knowledge of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Constant curiosity to research and identify emerging trends, formats, and codes that drive performance.
