Job summary

MiiN Cosmetics in Barcelona is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our on-site Finance team. You will support daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and supplier invoices while helping optimize store administrative processes in a dynamic international setting.

Qualifications

• University degree or Higher Vocational Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; must meet the legal requirements for a Contrato Formativo.
• Previous experience in a similar role or finance internship is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAGE or similar) is valued.
• Advanced Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the GL accountant with daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and monthly closing tasks.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Register, code, and check supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes (domestic and international).
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Support accounting operations of foreign entities within the group.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and prepare Excel reports for the finance team.
• Assist with other financial tasks related to the position.

Minimum Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Education & Eligibility: University degree or Higher Vocational Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, completed within the last 3 years. Must meet the legal requirements for a Contrato Formativo.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or finance internship is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Excel. Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE or similar platforms) is highly valued.
• Soft Skills: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Languages: Advanced level of Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
