MiiN Cosmetics in Barcelona is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, aimed at driving retention and sales across markets. Based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model, the role requires strong data skills, English and Spanish, and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• At least 4 years of email marketing experience, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven track record of creating and optimizing email funnels from acquisition to retention.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive decisions.
• University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement email strategy for newsletters and automated emails.
• Coordinate cross-market campaigns with country managers in Italy, Germany and France.
• Stay up-to-date with email trends in Health & Beauty to improve tactics.
• Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and prepare actionable reports.
• Define and optimize the full email funnel from lead generation to retention.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and segmentation.

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Email Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns (from newsletters to automated flows) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your mission? Drive retention, boost sales, and support our overall marketing goals across all our markets.

• Our Email Marketing Specialist, will be based in Barcelona.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Email Strategy: Define and implement the strategy for newsletters and automated emails, including campaign objectives, segmentation, content focus, and template structure.
• Cross-Market Collaboration: Work closely with Country Managers in Italy, Germany, and France to coordinate tailored email campaigns aligned with local market strategies.
• Benchmarking & Trends: Stay up to date with the latest email trends and best practices in the Health & Beauty industry to improve our communication tactics.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor key KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions), prepare reports, and use insights to drive improvements in future campaigns.
• Email Funnel Management: Define and optimize the full email communication funnel, from lead generation to retention.
• A/B Testing: Test subject lines, content, CTAs, and segmentation to continuously improve campaign performance.

Minimum requirements

What are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience in email marketing, ideally within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven track record creating and optimizing email funnels from acquisition to retention.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive decisions.
• A creative mindset and strategic thinking to define effective campaigns.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
