Job summary

MiiN Cosmetics is seeking a Finance Assistant Intern to support the GL accountant with daily bookkeeping, monthly closings, and supplier invoice processing. You will work on reconciliations, ERP system tasks, and international entity support, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing beauty group.

Join a multicultural Barcelona-based team, with training and ongoing support to build your accounting/finance skills under a formal university internship contract.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher education in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or related field.
• Legal requirements met for a Contrato Formativo.
• Previous internship or finance internship is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE or similar).
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible and eager to learn.
• Advanced Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the GL accountant with daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and monthly closings.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Register, code, and check supplier invoices (domestic and international) against POs and delivery notes.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Support accounting operations of foreign entities within the group.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and prepare Excel reports for the finance team.
• Assist with other financial tasks related to the position.

Please Note

• Contract / Agreement type: University Internship Agreement (Convenio de Prácticas con Universidad o Centro formativo).
• Location: On-site position based in Barcelona.

What will be your responsibilities?

What are we looking for?

• Education & Eligibility: University degree or Higher Vocational Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, completed within the last 3 years. Must meet the legal requirements for a Contrato Formativo.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or finance internship is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Excel. Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE or similar platforms) is highly valued.
• Soft Skills: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Languages: Advanced level of Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
