FARMASI in Madrid is seeking a highly creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You will create and publish high-performing social content daily, using iPhone photography and video, Canva, and AI tools to produce engaging, on-brand assets at scale.

You will also play a key role on set during photoshoots and brand productions, capturing real-time content for TikTok and Reels. You will coordinate across Europe and work with the global director of social media to align messaging.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of experience in social media content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends.
• Proficiency with iPhone photo/video; samples may be requested.
• Experience capturing behind-the-scenes content during shoots or events.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation (image, video, copy).
• Editing skills with CapCut or similar tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and reach.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role. You will be responsible for creating, managing and publishing high‑performing social content daily, leveraging AI tools, mobile‑first production (iPhone), and Canva to produce engaging, on‑brand assets at scale.

You will also play a key role on set during photoshoots and brand productions, capturing real‑time, behind‑the‑scenes content designed for TikTok and Reels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create daily social‑first content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Carousels) using iPhone photography and videography
• Capture lifestyle and product content that feels native to social
• Stay on top of trends and quickly translate them into brand‑relevant content
• Identify and create social‑first moments during shoots (transitions, trends, candid moments, team interactions)
• Travel as needed to support influencer/ brand trips
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure social content is captured alongside hero assets
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation. Use AI for ideation, scripting, captions, and visual enhancements.
• Coordinate and schedule content across European social channels (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Germany
• Work closely with the global director of social media to align on messaging and campaigns
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution
• Track content performance and identify what’s working
• Optimize content based on engagement, reach, and platform trends

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in social media content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short‑form video trends
• Proven ability to create engaging content using iPhone (photo + video) samples of previous work will be requested
• Experience capturing behind‑the‑scenes content during shoots or events
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design
• Experience using AI tools for content creation (image, video, copy, editing)
• Editing skills (in‑app editing tools or platforms like CapCut, Instagram Edits, etc.)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
