deskbird AG in Barcelona is looking for a proactive outbound professional to help expand into the US market. You will be hybrid based at our Barcelona hub, coordinating with Demand Generation and Sales to build pipeline with tailored messaging and account strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Execute outbound strategies across the US market (calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Identify and break into high-value accounts with tailored, relevant messaging
• Create pipeline that converts, not just volume that looks good on dashboards
• Partner closely with AEs on account strategy to win deals, not just pass leads
• Experiment constantly: test messaging, channels, and approaches to improve performance
• Contribute to shaping how outbound is done at deskbird as we scale
