Shakers is seeking a Junior Business Developer in Madrid to kick off a sales career. You will build pipelines, qualify prospects, and book meetings for Account Executives, while leveraging AI tools to prospect smarter and research accounts faster.

You should be comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment, have 2–3 years in sales, and be fluent in Spanish and English. The role offers a full-flex policy with an office in Madrid and strong growth potential.

Formación

• 2–3 years of minimum experience in sales as an SDR/BD
• Enjoy selling and are ambitious, eager to grow at full speed in sales
• Familiar with technical sector jargon; a degree in engineering or management, or a technical background, is a plus
• Great communication skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives
• Speak Spanish and English fluently: you can pitch, negotiate and build rapport in both
• Results-oriented, proactive and persuasive, with real ownership. High agency is a must
• Creative: every client is a new approach and a new challenge
• Know and enjoy the startup ecosystem
• Already work with AI and want to go deeper

Responsabilidades

• Build pipeline from scratch — prospect decision-makers on LinkedIn, email and phone, turning cold companies into real opportunities
• Qualify and spark interest — understand each company's pains and present the value proposition
• Book meetings that convert — schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Run on data — report activity weekly and draw insights to sharpen outreach
• Grow fast — build foundations to step up into an Account Executive role
