Shakers is building the home of AI builders and is expanding across Europe from Madrid. As a Business Developer for Italy, you own your market, build and grow a portfolio of Italian clients, and match them with freelance talent through our platform.

You’ll work from our Madrid HQ with a fully flexible policy, engage with startups and large corporations, and leverage AI tools to prospect smarter and close deals. A high-growth, collaborative culture awaits.

Formación

• 2–7 years in business development, client management or tech sales.
• Fluent in Italian (native or bilingual), English and Spanish.
• Strong hunter and farmer mindset with results orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow your portfolio of Italian clients.
• Win deals through insight and communicate our value proposition.
• Build trust with decision-makers and technical teams.
• Turn accounts into new business with account-based strategies.
• Run your book with KPIs, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Deliver with Talent and Ops to land freelance teams.
