Sabio Group is seeking a proactive Sales Support Associate in Madrid to assist the Commercial Team with administrative, commercial, and operational tasks for existing customer opportunities. This role offers exposure to SaaS, AI, and enterprise solutions within a fast-growing CX company.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or up to 2 years of experience, with strong communication skills, curiosity about technology, and a desire to develop into a commercial leadership role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or final year in business/tech fields.
• Interest in technology, AI, and sales transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Support Account Managers with commercial opportunities in existing accounts.
• Prepare, review, and maintain proposals, SOWs, and pricing documents.
• Ensure opportunities are tracked in Salesforce throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate approvals across Sales, Presales, Finance, Legal, Operations.
• Support contract renewals and revenue documentation.
• Assist with AI initiatives to improve sales efficiency.
